Refund policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your order or purchasing a digital product, you have 30 days to request a return or refund.

📦 Returns for Physical Products

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and further instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

💻 Digital Products (Software, License Keys, Downloads)

Different rules apply to digital content:

Your statutory right of withdrawal expires prematurely once:

  • you have expressly agreed that we may begin fulfilling the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
  • you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract execution begins.

This usually occurs upon delivery of the download, license key, or software activation.

Regardless of the above, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.

This means:

  • You may also request a refund for digital products
  • The product must only be used within the scope of normal testing and evaluation
  • In cases of misuse or abuse, we reserve the right to refuse a refund

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from returns:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food or plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure, please contact us before returning an item.

🔄 Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not possible.
The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order separately.

🇪🇺 Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Regardless of our voluntary return policy, customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

For physical products, the return conditions listed above apply.

For digital content:
The right of withdrawal may expire prematurely (see section “Digital Products”).

💳 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
