Shipping policy

All orders are generally processed within 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the order. During periods of high order volume, occasional delays may occur.

Digital products (software, downloads, license keys):
Orders are usually delivered automatically and immediately after payment has been received.

Please note that orders placed through external marketplaces (e.g. partner platforms) may, in individual cases, experience delays of several hours.
