You can also replace existing images or remove them from the document.

Fill out PDF forms directly on your computer

Forms don't have to be printed first.

PDFolio allows you to fill out PDF forms directly on your computer and then save them filled.

Insert signatures

Insert your signature as a signature image at the desired location in a PDF.

Before saving, you can see in the preview how the signature will look in the finished document.

Note: PDFolio inserts a signature image. A digital signature with a certificate is not included.

Watermarks, page numbers, and headers and footers

Add watermarks to documents or automatically add page numbers.

Headers and footers can also be added. You can see the result in the preview before saving.

Protect PDF files with a password

You can password-protect confidential documents.

An existing password protection can also be removed again, provided you know the password.

Permanently redact confidential content

A black bar over text is not enough for confidential documents. The underlying content may still be present in the PDF.

PDFolio Pro permanently removes redacted content from the document.

Practical, for example, for contracts, invoices, or other documents before you pass them on.

Reduce large PDF files

PDF files can quickly become several megabytes in size.

With PDFolio Pro, you can reduce the file size, for example, if a document has become too large for email delivery.

Convert Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to PDF

PDFolio Pro converts Office documents to PDF files:
