When will I get a response?
We review all inquiries, and the speed of our response naturally depends on the number of registrations. Generally, we require a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) from all beta testers.
Am I allowed to report on the beta test? For example, on Facebook or in a blog?
Nothing may be published that could lead to conclusions about our products. However, all of this is covered in our non-disclosure agreement.
What is expected of me?
You won't simply receive a finished software product earlier than everyone else. A beta version of a software always contains bugs and can crash. That's why we need your help. 😊 Work with the software and please observe everything you notice: graphical errors, crashes, ambiguities, or if you simply don't understand something. We then always need the most precise description possible with screenshots!
Do you need specific hardware to be allowed to test?
Not generally. Slower computers are even preferable to high-end devices. Your computer should have Windows 7, 8.1, or Windows 10 installed. We no longer support Vista and Windows XP.
