When will I get an answer?
We will check all requests and of course the speed of the feedback depends on the number of registrations. Basically, please note that we would like to have a disclaimer (NDA) from all beta testers.
May I report on the beta test? For example, on Facebook or in a blog?
No, we are sorry. Nothing may be published that makes it possible to draw conclusions about our products. But that is all included in our NDA.
What do you expect from me?
You will not get a “ready to release” software sooner than everyone else. A beta version always contains bugs and can crash. That’s why we need your help. 😊 Work with the software and watch everything that stands out for you: Graphical errors, crashes – or if you just do not understand something. We always need an accurate description, if possible with screenshots!
Do I need specific hardware to test?
Basically not. Slower computers are even better than highly-bred “high-end” devices. Your computer should have Windows 7, 8.1 or Windows 10 installed. Unfortunately, we will no longer support Vista and Windows XP.
